• Elevator, a bar on the restaurant side and a bar on the glass-roofed lounge side

• Restaurant capacity: two adjoining rooms, capacity 60 and 24 seats
• Hotel capacity: approximately 70 to 75 people.

Animation space (modular in seminar room):

• Entertainment: 55 m2 + adjoining summer/winter lounge = 105 m2.
